Return/Exchange Policy

1. Refund only in case of product damage.
2. Will provide only credit note for exchange of products only for limited period
3. Exchange and refund of products should be accepted only on 5 days once you recieved the product

Return -Only the following items are eligible for returns or exchange : Clothing Items, Dupattas, Sarees & Fabrics.

The following items are NOT eligible for Return or Exchange.

1. Any products other than clothing items, dupattas, sarees & fabrics.
2. Customised Products.
3. Products bought on Sale. 

Please send us an email request with the reason to return the product to enquiry@ishitapatellabel.in to request a return or an exchange. The request has to be placed within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and mentioning the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup at no extra cost within India. 

Once the reverse pick up is done and on receipt of the same to our warehouse, a store credit will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The store credit will be the amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.

International Orders : WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In case of any exceptions for international orders, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro and custom charges if any. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns.

As an alternative, to avoid shipping costs, you can request for returning the product in the future in case you may have someone travelling from your country to India. If you would be doing so, you would need to inform the team in advance.

Customised Products -Please note any customisation (increased dress length, sleeve length etc. or made as per measurements provided) makes your order ineligible for returns.

Exchange -For exchanging a product, the same product can be exchanged for a different size - please note that you cannot exchange a product with another kind of product. If you wish to get another product in exchange of the ordered product kindly opt for return and store credit.

Refunds - As a policy, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS on products which are delivered in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can mention the same in our email enquiry@ishitapatellabel.in. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.

Please note that it takes approximately 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach us. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your mode of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided into the customers' bank account.

Please Note one order is eligible for an Exchange or Return only one time.

Return Policy for Sale :-

The items purchased in SALE are NOT eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Tracking Details :-

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.

Prepaid orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case the customer wishes to cancel, refund will be done only in terms of a store credit.
